ADESA, a Carvana owned company, is seeking a Mechanical Technician II to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles at our service centers. You will perform repairs to factory specifications and uphold safety and policy standards.

Under supervision you will handle diagnostics, parts lookup, testing, and documentation of repair orders, while collaborating with shop management to provide quality customer service and timely vehicle turnaround.

Qualifications

• Perform diagnosis, repairs and routine maintenance to vehicles as assigned.
• Adhere to safety requirements and company policies.
• Assist in creating estimates and documenting repairs.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt and courteous service.
• Greet customers and maintain professional appearance.
• Return vehicles in clean condition with correct configuration.
• Notify manager of delays or discrepancies in repair estimates.
• Look up parts and use stock parts when possible.
• Test and road test repairs and rechecks.
• Complete Repair Orders accurately.
• Assist manager with estimates and potential additional repairs.
