Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Spokane is offering a 30-day hands-on training option to qualify for an 18-month Technician Development Program. You will work with experienced technicians on basic auto body repairs, learning tool use and safety while gaining industry insight.

The program emphasizes teamwork, safety, and steady skill development in a dynamic auto body environment. A positive attitude and reliability are valued as you begin your career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred.
• I-CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision of experienced technicians.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Education
