Lute Riley Honda in Richardson, Texas is hiring an Apprentice Service Technician at entry level. The role requires graduation from an automotive technician training program and includes mentorship from a Master Technician to help you acclimate to dealership operations.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with an emphasis on hands-on training, factory classes, and a clear path for advancement within the Sonic Automotive network. Eligibility to work in the USA and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an automotive technician training school.
• ASE Certification and/or trade school certification preferred.
• Honda/Acura (or multi-brand) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned by the team leader.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Consult Mentor, Team Leader or Shop Foreman for questions or assistance.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes and stay current with factory bulletins.
• Other duties as assigned.
