Job summary

Pickup Outfitters of Waco is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service. You will assist customers in-person and over phone/email while coordinating project inquiries and installations.

This full-time position offers ample opportunity for growth within the company through structured training and coaching. Candidates should have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Prior sales experience in a showroom setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, by email, and through other communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and installation solutions.
• Create accurate estimates and proposals.
• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries.
• Ensure all customer leads are responded to promptly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the shop team.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge.
• Support showroom organization and promotions.
