Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Shop Helper at the Service Center Houston - Pasadena. You will support daily shop housekeeping, assist with spray booth cleaning, and help organize tools and equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

This role involves light maintenance tasks, adherence to Caliber SOPs, and ensuring a timely workflow. Prior collision center experience is a plus but not required; candidates must be able to lift heavy parts and work safely.

Qualifications

• Ability to do consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, including waste disposal, sweeping, and tool organization.
• Assist in cleaning of spray booths and keeping parking lots/grounds neat and orderly.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance as needed and follow Caliber SOPs and center procedures.
