Porsche Westwood is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead the daily operation of its service workshop. This role combines strong diagnostic and repair knowledge with exceptional organizational and team‑leadership skills to drive quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will supervise technicians, coordinate with service management, and maintain Porsche standards while fostering a collaborative, safety‑minded work environment. A competitive salary is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive automotive diagnostic and repair experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong Porsche product knowledge and familiarity with diagnostic/repair procedures.
• Ability to diagnose complex concerns and coach technicians.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day service workshop operations ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead shop personnel, provide direction, organization and support to technicians.
• Monitor workflow, capacity, and priorities; dispatch work and optimize throughput.
• Maintain quality control, warranty documentation, and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Advisors and warranty teams on priorities.
