Job summary

HGreg is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman in West Palm Beach, FL. This full‑time role leads the service department, recruits and mentors technicians, ensures quality repairs, and maintains customer satisfaction while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate technicians, manage workflows, monitor performance metrics, and support the service advisor and dispatcher as needed. A strong automotive service background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years related experience, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires and motivates qualified service technicians.
• Assists technicians in developing their skills.
• Ensures compliance with regulations (OSHA etc.) and with manufacturer warranty/policy procedures.
• Keeps department performance metrics and payroll records; monitors productivity and comebacks.
• Acts as liaison for service advisor and dispatcher when needed.
• Maintains safe, clean shop environment and professional appearance.
• Attends managers meetings and supports cross‑department collaboration.
