Job summary

Porsche Westwood, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead the daily operation of the Porsche Westwood service workshop. You will act as a senior technical resource, oversee technicians, and ensure high standards of workmanship and documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong Porsche product knowledge and familiarity with Porsche repair procedures.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Solid understanding of modern vehicle electrical, electronic, and computer-controlled systems.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the service workshop and align work orders with business needs.
• Provide direction and support to the technician team throughout the day.
• Monitor workflow, technician capacity, and repair priorities for efficiency.
• Assign work based on skill, workload, and customer commitments.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to throughput and quality.
• Coordinate with Service Management and Advisors on priorities and capacity.
• Maintain awareness of shop performance and communicate needs to leadership.
