Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O General Service Technician to perform service and installation activities for store products and services in a fast, accurate, and friendly manner. The role requires safety-minded, customer-focused individuals capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, working outdoors, and providing excellent service while promoting products and services to customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to work at a fast pace.
Sales abilities.

Responsibilities

Drain oil and change oil filter; lubricate vehicles; install, rotate and balance tires and properly torque wheels.
Unload tires and other merchandise and supplies from transport trucks and warehouse deliveries.
Inspect disposed tires for adjustment and properly store or dispose of tires.
Clean facilities, tools, and equipment and stock shelves.
Greet customers, provide fast and friendly service and promote sales.
Perform sales duties per company policy, including pricing, promotions, and suggestive selling.
Maintain store appearance to Big O Tires standards.
Safely operate customer vehicles and complete required training.
Keep supervisor informed of issues and assist in training new employees.
