Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O General Service Technician to perform service and installation activities for store products and services in a timely manner. This role involves tire work, oil changes, fluid checks, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will greet customers, promote products, assist with pricing and promotions, and support the team in daily operations to ensure high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old (with parental consent) or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, oil filter replacements, tire installation, rotation and balancing, and fluid checks.
• Unload tires and supplies from trucks and deliveries.
• Inspect disposed tires and manage storage or disposal.
• Maintain store cleanliness and shelf stock.
• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service while explaining product benefits.
• Assist in sales duties including pricing, promotions, and suggestive selling.
• Keep Big O Tires standards in store appearance and safety.
