Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky is hiring an Internal Automotive Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, and recondition vehicles for our pre-owned inventory in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will work closely with service advisors and sales teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.

Qualifications

• ASE Accredited preferred but not required.
• All skill levels considered.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspections and all phases of vehicle reconditioning.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain pre-owned inventory to dealership standards.
• Collaborate closely with service advisors and sales teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay current with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
