Job summary

Lexus of Dayton is actively seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our award-winning, high-volume service team in Centerville, OH. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled shop with new equipment and access to manufacturer training to advance your career.

We offer competitive flat-rate pay totaling $21–$28 per hour based on experience, plus aggressive production bonuses, OEM incentives, PTO from day one, and opportunities for career growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Lexus, Toyota, or other manufacturer dealership experience.
• Manufacturer certifications.
• ASE certifications.
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and other vehicle components.
• Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Provide accurate repair timelines when additional work is required.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Work closely with the Parts Department to obtain needed components.
• Accurately document repairs, diagnostic findings, and completed work.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and professional development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Maintain productivity while consistently delivering high-quality workmanship.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while delivering the quality workmanship and customer experience expected at Lexus of Dayton.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
