Job summary
Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky is seeking an Internal Automotive Service Technician to maintain and recondition vehicles to dealership standards.
You will perform multi-point inspections, diagnose and repair, collaborate with service advisors and sales teams, and uphold a clean, safe work environment while keeping current with manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications
- ASE Accredited preferred but not required.
- All skill levels considered.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform multi-point inspections and all phases of vehicle reconditioning.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain pre-owned inventory to dealership standards.
- Collaborate closely with service advisors and sales teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay current with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
