Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join the management team at our Shrewsbury location. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership and coaching, developing teammates through our training program, and maintaining standards in service, inventory, and safety. Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader that can inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and mentor teammates through internal training programs.
• Ensure consistent revenue growth via guest counts and sales metrics.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Assist GM with budgeting and sales forecasts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable service center.
