Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the store crew under the General Manager to ensure smooth operation and sales growth.
• Coach team members, conduct daily huddles, and set direction to achieve goals.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and guest satisfaction in every interaction.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls while maintaining store standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and daily opening/closing procedures.
