Qualifications

• - 1-3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• - Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• - Proven leadership ability with the capability to inspire and motivate teams.
• - Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• - Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service results.
• - Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.

Responsibilities

• - Lead and coach the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest experience.
• - Build team engagement and efficiency through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• - Enforce quality control measures and safety guidelines across the store.
• - Handle inventory, cash handling, and guest issues; collaborate with DM on initiatives.
• - Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• - Set clear direction; run daily team huddles and store meetings; manage product orders.
