Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces.
• 18+ years of age; legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest experience.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Manage inventory and cash handling processes.
• Assist GM with budgeting and forecasts.
• Direct store meetings and daily team huddles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Open/close duties when GM is off.
• Build an engaged workforce and lead the team.
• Collaborate with the DM on initiatives and ensure safety compliance.
