This role offers a competitive hourly rate ($16.90–$18.00) and benefits. You’ll work with experienced teams across sales, service, parts, and finance while representing a trusted Toyota dealer dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Handle inbound and outbound calls; no cold calling.
• Experience with dealership CRM systems.
• Experience handling support requests from multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, we do not cold call.
• Schedule service appointments using dealership software
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs
• Assist the service department with customer communication and coordination
• Perform light administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and copying documents
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
• Provide first-class customer support
