Qualifications

• 5+ years' retail management OR 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated success in growing sales in a retail environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center, ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Lead and train store staff, maintain optimal staffing levels, and foster exceptional customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Manage inventory, requisition parts and tires, and administer personnel actions such as hiring and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain safe work environment.
