Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Manager-on-Deck to lead store operations and drive performance. You will oversee guest services, sales, payroll, and expenses to maximize profitability while guiding a team toward service excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience in automotive industry.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess current or ability to obtain State Inspector License within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sets expectations and communicates regularly with employees on duties, goals, training and customer service.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Recruits, interviews and hires staff in partnership with HR.
• Conducts performance evaluations at regular intervals.
• Analyzes business trends and implements plans to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Oversees inventory and vendor returns to optimize costs.
