Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual plans with clearly defined goals for their store.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development and customer service.
• Coaches or counsels employees toward desired behaviors and ensures policy compliance.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires new employees in partnership with HR; conducts performance evaluations.
