Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking Big O Sales Consultants to deliver fast, friendly customer service and knowledgeable product recommendations in our service bays and retail areas. You will educate customers, promote maintenance options, and ensure smooth transactions while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, inspecting vehicles, promoting products, processing sales, and assisting with store operations.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to learn new concepts and use basic office equipment
Ability to perform basic math and handle transactions accurately
Valid driver's license and ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions

Responsibilities

Monitor customer service area and greet waiting customers with fast, friendly service
Handle complaints courteously following company policy
Explain product benefits and promotions to upsell services and tire sales
Prepare warranties, service agreements, and registration records for tire sales
Conduct accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies to supervisor
Support store operations with opening/closing tasks and inventory
