• Prior guest service experience and a valid driver's license are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Schedule appointments, estimate time requirements, and check out after service.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
