Qualifications

• Minimum guest service experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertising of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in, scheduling, estimating time, to checkout.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Promote self-development using Company-provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels as needed.
