Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Take responsibility from initial experience through completed service and make recommendations.
• Promote self-development by using Company-provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels; stand, bend and squat.
