Job summary

Goodyear is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will drive sales through tire and service recommendations, build guest relationships, and ensure satisfaction by understanding guest needs.

You will describe warranties and promotions while managing the full service flow from check-in to checkout. Applicants should have prior guest service experience, a valid driver’s license, and be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through guest interactions and tire/service recommendations.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding needs.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and product/service options.
• Schedule appointments, estimate time requirements, and complete service checkout.
• Promote self-development using provided training tools.
