Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the service lane.
• Assist customers with check-in and provide information about services.
• Assist with parking clients’ vehicles while keeping the service drive clear.
• Maintain a clean and organized service lane area.
• Communicate with team members and customers to ensure a seamless service process.
• Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Transport clients.
• Assist service advisors with daily tasks.
• Ensure loaner fleet vehicles are clean at all times.
