Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer/technical experience required.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and offer assistance on arrival.
• Represent the dealership and service brands as the first impression of the service department.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to their home or place of business.
• Assist with setup of software required for pickup and delivery services.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles for customers who need them.
• Ensure completion of paperwork and contracts for customers needing loaners.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
