North Country Ford in Minnesota is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You greet owners, explain repair processes, and coordinate with technicians; previous automotive experience not required if strong customer service.

This role offers a commission-based salary ranging from $42k to $110k per year, with Monday–Friday 9am–6pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid training, plus growth opportunities in a family-owned dealership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
