Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and obtain customer data prior to vehicle arrival.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately on repair order.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for repairs.
• Follow up with customers about repairs and authorizations.
