Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assign technician to repair order
• Track status and progress of vehicle repairs
• Utilize CDK for repair order and customer tracking
• Answer customer service calls, provide status updates and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate parts orders with the parts department and ensure timely delivery to service department vehicles
• Maintain organized customer records, update dispatch software and process orders accurately
• Provide support to service and parts managers
