Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team at the Pasco, WA location. You will guide the crew alongside the General Manager to deliver top-notch service, drive sales, and provide leadership development opportunities for teammates.

You will lead training programs, coach staff, and ensure operations run smoothly while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Solid business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per guidelines.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs through internal training programs.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest questions and issues.
• Open and close store operations when GM is off-hours.
• Foster an engaged workforce responsive to customer volume and needs.
