Qualifications

• One year of experience in an auto repair facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with the public and dealership personnel.

Responsibilities

• Accept cash and record payments accurately.
• Monitor cash flow of Service and Parts Departments.
• Total the retail parts, fluids and labor charges to calculate a total for each category.
• Provide the customer with the proper charges and receipts.
• Handle daily cash in and out of the assigned register.
• Maintain and update the customer service history file as directed.
