Job summary

ELCO Chevrolet Cadillac in Ballwin, MO is seeking a full-time Service Call Center Representative to support the Service Department through customer communication, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and various Business Development Center activities.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, text, email and other channels; schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments; contact customers about maintenance, recalls and recommended services; perform post-service follow-up; maintain accurate

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work M-F 8 am–5 pm with occasional half-days on Saturday (rotating).
• Strong oral communication and phone customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and use dealership software programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone, text, email, and other channels.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Contact customers regarding recommended maintenance, recalls, and other service opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up communication with customers after service visits.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in dealership systems.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure appointments and communications are accurate and timely.
• Meet established customer contact, appointment, and follow-up goals.
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service.
