You will lead a motivated staff, coordinate with technicians and executives, and ensure high-quality communication with customers using the CRM systems. A strong automotive background and professional presentation are required for long-term

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume customer inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Liaise between customers and Sales/Service departments.
• Answer inbound calls for sales, service, and parts.
• Reschedule no-shows and remind customers of appointments.
• Lead BD Center to nurture internet leads and maximize profit potential.
• Maintain quality customer communications via CRM and related tools.
• Coordinate with dealership leadership and BD Center team.
• Stay updated on product information to assist customers in selecting a vehicle.
• Support Senior Management to set goals and monitor progress.
