Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a Client Service Advisor in Grapevine, TX to be the face of our service department. You will build trust with guests, present needed services with integrity, and drive a great customer experience on every repair order.

This high-accountability role requires strong production, an honest sales approach, and delivering exceptional service with clear communication and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service adviser or strong customer service/sales background.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical work in terms customers understand.
• Comfortable with DMS/CRM technology.
• Integrity-first approach to recommending and selling service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and conduct a thorough walk-around and write-up.
• Listen to customer concerns and document them clearly for accurate diagnosis.
• Present recommended and declined services with honesty and supporting evidence.
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and proactive status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving and timings accurate.
• Drive customer-pay sales, hours per RO, and effective labor rate while protecting CSI.
• Handle concerns calmly and own the problem until resolved.
• Follow up after every visit to confirm complete satisfaction and earn the next one.
