Job summary

McDonald Toyota Fort Morgan is seeking a motivated sales associate to guide customers through the service and sales process, building long‑term relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from drop-off to delivery.

You will present maintenance and repair recommendations, follow up for approvals, collaborate with technicians, and track performance to grow commissions in a supportive, community‑minded dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of progressive auto service experience preferred.
• Proven sales performance and customer satisfaction track record.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence and professionalism.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly to increase sales and close rates.
• Follow up with customers for approvals and updates, building urgency and trust.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are communicated.
• Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios for continuous improvement.
