Qualifikationen

• No experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean background.
• Customer-service oriented with good communication.
• Typing and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
• Ensures timely processing of used vehicle mechanical reconditioning per policy.
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
• Advises customers on car care and value of maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Checks progress of repairs; communicates changes to customers; obtains authorization for additional work.
• Implements and maintains a service marketing program by collecting contact details.
• Reviews repair orders to ensure work completed and notes authorization; closes orders as needed.
