Qualifications

• Experience as a dealership Service Advisor preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand vehicle maintenance and factory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, obtain customer and vehicle data
• Determine nature of service and/or complaint; promote labor, parts and accessories
• Write or type repair instructions on the repair order for the technician
• Provide labor and parts estimates
• Communicate with dispatch to check job status
• Notify customer when job is complete and explain work performed
• Coordinate with manufacturer and warranty providers as needed
• Be knowledgeable about products and warranties and present appropriate services
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas while ensuring quality service
• Test drive vehicles as needed for quality checks and customer satisfaction
