Job summary

Holler Nissan of Columbia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support the Holler-Classic family of dealerships. You will greet customers, gather vehicle data, and determine the appropriate service needs while promoting labor, parts, and accessories.

You will prepare repair instructions and estimates for the technician, and communicate status throughout the day. You will also coordinate with warranty providers, stay informed on product lines and warranties, and strive to meet or exceed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Pass background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect customer and vehicle data.
• Determine nature of service or complaint; promote labor, parts, and accessory sales while advising the customer.
• Write or type clear repair instructions for technicians.
• Provide labor and parts estimates.
• Communicate with dispatch on job status throughout the day.
• Telephone or text customers when jobs are finished and discuss work performed.
• Coordinate with dealership staff to guarantee quality service.
• Coordinate with manufacturers or extended warranty companies for approvals and payment considerations.
• Be knowledgeable of products and warranties.
• Satisfy customer service needs, upsell appropriately, and maintain integrity.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas set by management.
• Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and reduce comebacks.
