Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will act as the bridge between customer and technician, translating mechanical needs into clear, actionable recommendations and confidently selling tires, repairs, warranties, and services.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive service sales or retail automotive, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Strong customer service background with transferable sales skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team orientation.
