Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or related customer service roles.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as liaison between customer and technician; translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations.
