Ken Garff Volkswagen of Gilbert is seeking a Service Advisor who delivers friendly, customer-focused service in a fast-paced automotive environment. You’ll greet customers, relay service needs, provide updates, and leverage the DMS to manage history and scheduling.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, and upselling when appropriate.
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously, handling inquiries effectively.
• Review completed work, communicate recommendations, and collect payments as needed.
• Utilize Dealer Management System (DMS) to look up service history, schedule appointments, and manage information.
