Job summary

Ancira Patriot Buick GMC in Killeen, Texas is seeking motivated Service Advisors to join our Service Team. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service experience while building long-term relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred; hospitality or service backgrounds are also welcome. The role offers a commission-driven income with a realistic range of $75K–$110K per year, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred; hospitality or service-industry experience considered.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record for insurability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the service intake process
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
• Clearly explain recommended services using dealership technology and tools
• Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support future service needs
• Deliver service experiences aligned with Ancira Auto Group standards
