Job summary

HTC Automotive Repair in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our independent shop. The role offers a $60,000-$80,000 salary based on experience and a schedule of Monday-Saturday, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM, with two days off during the week.

You will greet customers, write repair orders, present estimates, review DVI results, coordinate work with technicians, and manage customer communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven automotive service sales ability and experience building customer trust.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred, but not required.
• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced service team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
• Write accurate repair orders and communicate recommended services
• Coordinate repair workflow between customers and technicians
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) results and clearly present findings to customers
• Prepare and manage estimates, customer approvals, and follow-up communication
• Maintain clear, accurate, and organized repair-order documentation
