Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience.
• Ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience.
• Working computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Sales: Sell automotive repairs and services to customers based on their needs, with integrity, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Administrative: Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts needed.
• Other tasks: Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop.
