Job summary

Kunes Auto Group in Belvidere, IL is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the service department. You will assess service needs, prepare repair orders, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of dealership service advising, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while using service scheduling software. Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates on repair progress, explain costs, and secure customer authorization for additional work.
• Schedule service appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by addressing concerns promptly.

Compensation:

• $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 based on experience
