Kunes Auto Group is seeking a skilled and customer‑oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. You will serve as the vital link between customers and the service department, assess service needs, and prepare repair orders to ensure an outstanding experience.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000+ annually based on experience, with bonus opportunities, paid training, and career growth across 40+ dealerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Service Advising, Automotive/Car Sales, Commissioned Sales, Customer Service, or Parts required (willing to train the right person)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is a plus
• Technically savvy and able to quickly learn computer and service scheduling software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
