Kunes Auto Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will serve as the vital link between customers and the service department, assessing needs, preparing repair orders, and ensuring an outstanding experience throughout the service process.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, estimating labor and parts, communicating results, and coordinating with technicians to complete work within promises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership preferred.
• Prior Service Advisor experience in Auto or RV Dealership is a plus.

Job Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and the service department, ensuring their vehicles receive top-notch care. You’ll assist customers by assessing their service needs, preparing repair orders, and ensuring an outstanding experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle concerns, and record their needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer specifications and vehicle history.
• Prepare detailed repair orders, including labor and parts estimates, for customer approval.
• Communicate with customers about inspection results and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Provide updates on repair progress, explain costs, and secure customer authorization for additional work.
• Advise customers on vehicle care, preventative maintenance, and available services.
• Schedule service appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by addressing concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure vehicles are serviced within the promised timeframe.
• Implement quality control processes to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor required
• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership is preferred
• Prior Service Advisor experience in an Auto or RV Dealership a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is a plus.
• Technically savvy, easily able to learn software systems required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work a Saturday rotation.

Compensation

• $100,000.00 + earning potential
