Job summary

Radius Recycling seeks a General Laborer I to join our production team in a demanding outdoor auto salvage yard. You will assist in handling vehicles, dismantling parts, and preparing materials for shipment while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations.

A professional demeanor and teamwork are essential. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, the ability to work weekends/holidays, and comfort with varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions and hazard communications.
• Willingness to work required hours including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions during full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and promote safety culture; wear PPE as required.
• Prepare facilities and assist in vehicle handling in the auto salvage yard environment.
• Dismantle and extract components; assist customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and environmental compliance; perform duties as assigned.
